James Breckenridge
James Breckenridge

James has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. In 1995, his years of professional training and experience culminated in the founding of The PlayCrafters Group. As its Director, he specializes in helping writers from all over the country develop producible scripts for motion pictures, television and theatre. His work focuses on helping writers target the essential elements of their stories to achieve results that specifically serve their original vision. He has been rated in the Top Ten of Script Consultants from around the country and recommended as the Best of the Best Buys in Creative Screenwriting Magazine’s review of leading script consultants.

In addition to private classes, coachings and consultations, Mr. Breckenridge has been a featured speaker at The Philadelphia Writers’ Conference, The Algonquin Film Festival, The Bucks Fever FilmFest and has presented seminars at the SCREENWRITING EXPO in Los Angeles, California where he was named “Star Speaker.” Mr. Breckenridge has served on the Theatrical Motion Pictures Nominating Committee for the Screen Actors Guild Awards and as a Judge for the Freestyle Repertory Theater in New York City, Juror for The Philadelphia Film Festival’s Feature Film Competition, Juror for the American Independents category for the Philadelphia Film Festival/Cinefest as well as the Bucks Fever FilmFest.

Trained for the professional theatre, Mr. Breckenridge received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Over the years, he has performed professionally on radio, television, film and on stage. His work has taken him to Europe twice, once touring Germany and Italy, and a second time, appearing at The Edinburgh Festival in Scotland and in London. He currently maintains active memberships with both The Actors’ Equity Association and the SAG-AFTRA Union.

Lisa Sherman
Lisa Sherman

Lisa Sherman is a rising filmmaker originating from Brooklyn, New York. As a Macaulay Honors student at Brooklyn College, Sherman continued advancing her studies from in-person instruction to remote courses throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet it would be the experiences from the pandemic which led to developing her multimedia thesis film Implosions. Since its completion in 2023, Implosions has been screened at over a dozen film festivals, including in the UK. The film itself has won several accolades, including the top prize at the inaugural Urban Dreams Mental Health Film Festival. Most recently, Implosions had its broadcast premiere on CUNY-TV in December 2024, where it is now a current regional Emmy® Award Nominee at the 68th Annual New York Emmy® Awards.

Since graduating college, Lisa has tutored students internationally and provides graphic designs for New Plaza Cinema at the Upper West Side. She also served as an intern at The Price Group Talent Agency, and has provided script coverage at Pronoia Film Studios, an up-and-coming film financing studio specializing in high-caliber productions. She currently has several projects in development and celebrates the work at this year’s film festival.

Jim Sanders

Jim Sanders, retired arts management and development officer. Led the County Theater in developing the original Bucks Fever Film Fest in 2000.
After 26 years with the County Theater ( Renew Theaters Inc.), Jim takes pride in the saving and restoration of all four theaters in the Renew Family and proud of his involvement.

Jim has been a life-long singer musician/actor and continues to sing in his church choir. And enjoys being A “struggling “ five string banjoist.

Currently, Jim volunteers his time as an audio book narrator and enjoys his daily NYTimes puzzles and traveling.

Janet Steiner
Janet Steiner

Janet’s involvement with the Bucks County FilmFest dates back to 2006, when Comcast first partnered with the festival to offer winners the opportunity to be featured On Demand. To date, Bucks County FilmFest films have been viewed more than 22,000 times. Janet co-chaired the FilmFest for two years and continues to serve as an enthusiastic, albeit noisy and somewhat disruptive, committee member.

Tabitha Dell'Angelo

Tabitha Dell’Angelo is a storyteller, performer, and playwright who enjoys exploring everyday moments with humor and heart. Drawing from personal experiences and observations, her work often touches on themes like identity, family, and community. With a background in comedy and a love for connecting with audiences, Tabitha aims to create stories that are honest, relatable, and sometimes a little unexpected.

P. Michael Weisser
P. Michael Weisser

P. MICHAEL WEISSER has appeared in numerous cabaret shows and staged readings. His most recent show was at Playcrafters of Skippack as Thomas, Mac and Dr Parsons in The Philadelphia Story. He has previously appeared at the Players Club of Swarthmore in the Mother of the Maid, Always Love Lucy Theater production of Thornton Wilder’s The Wreck of the 5:25, and in the live reading of The War of the Worlds radio play. As a Bucks County native and current resident of Buckingham, he is continuing to develop his craft with workshops in acting, scene study and voice with HB Studio in NYC and the John Ruskin Studio in Los Angeles. He brings an extensive background in film and video production to his acting endeavors, and is proud teaching artist alumni of the Big Picture Alliance in Philadelphia, which mentors at-risk inner city teens in filmmaking. He has also studied ballroom, country and zydeco dance. He is very much appreciative of the support of his wife, two children and their spouses and three grandchildren. His other creative pursuits include photography, woodworking, playing guitar, harmonica and Native American flute.

Steve Sullivan
Steve Sullivan

Steve Sullivan is a biology professor at Bucks County Community College. He spent much of his youth playing sports and performing in the school plays and the choir. When not working, he spends time with his family, hosts a podcast, plays tennis, tells Dad jokes, and authors a digital learning resource for Human Anatomy & Physiology students. In 2023, Steve was on Broadway in New York City… enjoying unlimited salad and breadsticks at the Olive Garden.

Rick Goodwin
Rick Goodwin

Rick is a graduate of Northwestern University and a member of the Dramatists Guild. Though he is primarily a playwright, with works presented in NYC and the Bucks County area, he has also acted in and directed numerous plays and readings over the past decade.

Tim Wade
Tim Wade

Tim Wade has performed in many community theater productions over the years including several at the Phillips Mill Community Association, Village Players of Hatboro and New Hope Repertory Company. He has enjoyed performing in front of an audience since his first taste of it in grade school right through his days as a student at Villanova University where he performed in a number of plays. Tim has been a resident of Bucks County for 36 years and finally, with their four kids having flown the coop, lives alone with his wife Janine.

Scott R. Little is a VP of Commercial Lending at Harleysville Bank and enjoys story-telling, whether it’s scary stories to Scouts at campfires or bringing Bible stories to life for kindergartners at church. He is eager to narrate the winning entries in the 2025 entry at the Film Fest Screenwriting Table Read.
