Panelist
Clint FlackClint Flack joined the Mercer Museum as Exhibit Specialist in 2020 after several years as an independent contractor. A lifelong collector and lover of history, he also has over twenty years of experience in construction, conservation and fabrication. As a fabricator in the sign industry, Clint helped to design, build, and install several interactive children’s exhibits for various institutions including the Bucks County Children’s Museum and the Crayola Factory. In recent years, Clint has created custom display mounts for several temporary exhibitions at the Mercer Museum, with topics ranging from racing to measurement tools. He has worked with several museums to conserve and restore a diverse array of artifacts, including antique bicycles, antique tractors and other vehicles, a mid-century centrifuge model, clocks, furniture, and signs. For the past two years, he has managed a long-term project to conserve and re-install original tiles on the walls and ceilings of Henry Mercer’s historic home, Fonthill Castle. In addition to his hands-on experience, Clint is also a nationally-known expert on hay trolleys, farming implements, patent research, and local history, and is one of the region’s foremost experts on the history of the Doan outlaws of Bucks County. Clint has worked with several local and national producers on multiple documentaries, including a recent episode of the Discovery channels Expedition Unknown, where Clint was featured as an expert on the Doan Outlaws.

Evan CohenEvan is an award-winning director and filmmaker with 10 years of experience, largely focused on documentary and commercial work. Evan currently works with a variety of production companies, agencies and brands as a director and editor where he specializes in purpose-driven docu-style content. He has directed branded documentaries for Amnesty International, Lycra, BBC Storyworks and more.
He also directed a recent short documentary on the Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania, “Keepers of the Way,” which premiered at several Oscar-qualifying film festivals, including AmDocs, St. Louis International and Cleveland International Film Festival. The film won several awards, including Best Storytelling in a Documentary at Rome International Film Festival in Rome, GA, and The Spirit of Jim Thorpe Award at the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival.

James BreckenridgeJames has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. In 1995, his years of professional training and experience culminated in the founding of The PlayCrafters Group. As its Director, he specializes in helping writers from all over the country develop producible scripts for motion pictures, television and theatre. His work focuses on helping writers target the essential elements of their stories to achieve results that specifically serve their original vision. He has been rated in the Top Ten of Script Consultants from around the country and recommended as the Best of the Best Buys in Creative Screenwriting Magazine’s review of leading script consultants.
In addition to private classes, coachings and consultations, Mr. Breckenridge has been a featured speaker at The Philadelphia Writers’ Conference, The Algonquin Film Festival, The Bucks Fever FilmFest and has presented seminars at the SCREENWRITING EXPO in Los Angeles, California where he was named “Star Speaker.” Mr. Breckenridge has served on the Theatrical Motion Pictures Nominating Committee for the Screen Actors Guild Awards and as a Judge for the Freestyle Repertory Theater in New York City, Juror for The Philadelphia Film Festival’s Feature Film Competition, Juror for the American Independents category for the Philadelphia Film Festival/Cinefest as well as the Bucks Fever FilmFest.
Trained for the professional theatre, Mr. Breckenridge received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Over the years, he has performed professionally on radio, television, film and on stage. His work has taken him to Europe twice, once touring Germany and Italy, and a second time, appearing at The Edinburgh Festival in Scotland and in London. He currently maintains active memberships with both The Actors’ Equity Association and the SAG-AFTRA Union.
